Old engines, agricultural machinery, and other objects can be viewed in the Machine Museum.

Collected in my Géptár Museum by individual collector József Mogyorós, refurbished oldtimer cars, old motorcycles, bicycles, agricultural machinery (tractors), stable engines (Lokomobilok) and other other household items, equestrian tools are visible.

Among the items in the museum's exhibitions are vehicle rarities, which were saved from being crushed as a result of a conscious collection, from melting.

The old technical one shown here, transport and agricultural objects, machines can still be found, which works, therefore, the vintage vehicles displayed in the Géptár can even be rented.

Sightseeing with a nostalgia train (seasonal)

Get to know Hajdúszoboszló with the sightseeing nostalgia train!

The first City View Nostalgia Train 2004 has been operating in Hajdúszoboszló since. 2010-a new train was added to the fleet, so there are two of them walking the streets of the city, to the delight of the visiting guests.

The small train departs from the bus terminal for a half-hour cruise. You can get on and off the train outside the terminus at the Bocskai Museum, subject to availability during the summer holidays.
In spring and June, the small train only runs on holidays and city events/festivals and on certain weekends. In July and August, it welcomes guests who want to travel every day in the morning 10 and 22 between classes.

Go-karting at the airport (seasonal)

The airport is located next to the Hajdúszoboszló spa complex 300 meters long go-kart track, is waiting for those who want to drive.
The race of the competitors is followed by computer timing, which can be analyzed after driving. The time result will show, how much time the competitor ran per lap in the go-kart race, what was your best lap time.
The current races can also be followed from the side of the track on the monitor, thus, those waiting next to the track can also enjoy exciting experiences. In the evening, the illuminated track awaits guests, so you can enjoy the experience of bathing in the spotlight while racing.

Adventures in Bringó-Hinto (seasonal)

On four wheels in Hajdúszoboszló, have fun, do sports at the same time, get to know the lowland spa town on a Bringóhintó ride!

You can enjoy your free time by wheeling on the Carriage, you can have fun with your friends by playing sports, with your family members. In the framework of this program, you can feel good together. Choose from five types of carriages to your liking, which are even given fancy names, so even with Pinocchio, You can also ride with Minnie or Garfield.

Szoboszló Folk Weekend (July)

On the last weekend of July, folk art and folk dance play the main role. In the colorful whirlwind, the masters of folk art await those interested with varied presentations in the craftsman's street. Szoboszló Dixieland Days (August)

Sheep of Szoboszló- and Slambouc Cooking Joy Day

One of the largest gastronomic events in the region in September, where the groups of friends, brigades, associations gather and prepare together over the finest open fire, dishes made in a pot, which can be a slam dunk, or lamb delicacy.

Szoboszló Gastro and Wine Festival (September)

The hosts of the Szoboszló Gastronomy and Wine Festival welcome the city's residents and guests with gastronomic experiences on the second weekend of September, where there are music and dance productions on stage, as well as concerts and DJ parties in the evenings.

Saint Martin's Day Joy (november)

New wine and goose food are specialties at Márton Napi Libalakomá in Hajdúszoboszló, and varied programs await visitors at the last gastronomic event of the year in Hajdúszoboszló! The two highlights of the autumn festival are new wine and dishes made from goose.
